Welcome to EduPak. These Terms & Conditions govern your subscription and use of the EduPak SaaS ERP platform, web modules, and mobile applications provided by TkSoft Solutions.
📋 Master Service Agreement Overview
By signing up for an EduPak account, initializing a 14-Day Free Trial, or making subscription payments, your school agrees to adhere to these terms. All pricing is transparent, support is included, and subscriptions can be modified or cancelled seamlessly.
1. Service Scope & Registration
TkSoft Solutions provides EduPak, a cloud-native SaaS School Management System. Subscribers receive access to web administration dashboards, teacher portals, student directories, fee voucher generation engines, accounting suites, and parent/teacher mobile applications based on their chosen plan.
Institutions are responsible for providing accurate registration details and maintaining confidential administrative login credentials.
2. 14-Day Commitment-Free Trial
EduPak provides a 100% Commitment-Free 14-Day Trial for newly onboarding educational institutions in Pakistan:
- No Credit Card Required: Schools can evaluate all 38+ ERP modules without inputting banking credentials.
- Zero Onboarding Fees: Free trial accounts include full access to standard module features and initial setup guidance.
- Seamless Transition: Trial data converts cleanly into paid active status upon subscription confirmation.
3. Subscription Pricing & Payment Terms
EduPak subscription pricing is structured with transparent, no-hidden-cost monthly or annual billing options:
Designed for single-campus schools up to 500 students. Includes fee voucher printing, student directory, basic attendance, and parent SMS alerts.
Designed for multi-branch networks up to 2,000 students. Includes double-entry accounting, EasyPaisa gateway integration, and full mobile apps.
• Annual Discount: Subscriptions paid annually receive a 20% discount.
• Payment Channels: Direct Bank Transfer (HBL / Meezan), EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or crossed cheque to TkSoft Solutions.
4. System Uptime & SLA Commitments
TkSoft Solutions guarantees a 99.9% Cloud Uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) for active subscriber portals. Scheduled system updates are performed during non-peak school hours (typically 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM PKT) with prior notification.
5. Intellectual Property & Software License
The EduPak software brand, database structures, source code, UI/UX designs, trademarks, and logos are the sole intellectual property of TkSoft Solutions. Subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable subscription license to use the system for their registered campus branches.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
